What is the ‘Sandwich Generation’ and how do you design an app for them?
The ‘Sandwich Generation’ is a term used to describe people in their forties or fifties responsible for raising their own children while caring for their aging parents.
While many apps are already available to help this demographic manage and organize their lives, the women I interviewed for this UX project are reluctant to start over with a new app.
